PayMan End-User License Agreement (v1) By activating or using PayMan ("the Software"), you agree to the following terms with Zentoryx: 1. License grant. Zentoryx grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the Software on a single device, for your own business's use, in exchange for the applicable license fee (or for the duration of a trial period). 2. No redistribution. You may not copy, distribute, sub-license, rent, lease, or otherwise make the Software available to any third party, in whole or in part, whether modified or unmodified. 3. No sharing of license credentials. Your license key is issued to you alone and is bound to a single device. You may not share, sell, transfer, or publish your license key. Zentoryx may detect and block use of a license key on more than one device. 4. No modification or reverse engineering. You may not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, or circumvent any license-validation mechanism within it, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law. 5. No on-demand changes. Zentoryx is under no obligation to customize, modify, or extend the Software for your specific use case as part of this license. 6. Device binding. This license is bound to the fingerprint of the device it is first activated on. Moving it to a different device requires contacting Zentoryx. 7. Lifetime license scope. A "lifetime" license entitles you to continued use of the version of the Software current at time of purchase and reasonable maintenance updates, for as long as Zentoryx continues to operate the Software and its licensing service. It is not a guarantee of indefinite feature development. 8. Trial license. A trial license is time-limited and provided for evaluation purposes only, with no guarantee of data continuity if you later purchase a full license. One trial per device. 9. Termination. Zentoryx may revoke a license immediately upon a violation of these terms, including but not limited to attempted redistribution, sharing, or circumvention of license validation. 10. No warranty. The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Zentoryx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software. 11. Payment data. The Software interacts with WhatsApp and UPI/payment systems on your behalf, using your own accounts and credentials. Zentoryx does not process or hold your customers' payments. This is a plain-language agreement, not a substitute for independent legal advice.
